Return/Refund Policy

It's NARKC goal to provide value-priced, quality new and like new items for our customers. For it's the proceeds that are generated at our stores that allows NARKC to provide skill development, training, and job placement to help family we serve sustain themselves for the long term.   We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you're not please read the applicable Return/Refund Policy below:

Each NARKC.ORG seller is an autonomous NARKC.ORG member organization.  

The seller's return policy is posted on each individual item's description page. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging the seller's return policy.

Shipping Policy and Risk of Loss

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is valid and compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the third party carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for any damaged and/or lost shipments.

 

Eligibility to Order/Purchase

To place an order on this Website or set up an account as a bidder, buyer or purchaser, you must be 18 years of age or older.

 

Eligibility to Sell

At times NARKC conducts auction fundraisers to raise money to fund NARKC projects to serve the community and recipients. To conduct an auction or sell an item under NARKC, you must be a registered member of Nevada Act of Random Kindness Charity (NARKC)’s public charity. If you would like to become a member please email NARKC at contact@narkc.org.

Pre-Paid Credit Cards and Gift Cards

Terms of payment (whether PayPal, Visa and MasterCard credit cards or debit cards) are all accepted. Please refer to an item’s listing for a list of payment options acceptable to that particular seller. Pre-paid and gift card credit cards must have a verifiable billing address associated with them and a 3-digit security code on the back of the card to be used to pay for purchases on our Website. If your card does not have a verifiable billing address or a 3-digit security code, you will need to contact the card-issuer for instructions on how to enable the card to be used to pay for items on our Website.

 

If you are unable to activate the card for online purchases, you will need to use a standard Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. Please check the item listing page carefully for payment methods accepted by the seller of the item.

With respect to any credit card use, you represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on our Website at the time of your order.

Items are shipped using a major carrier usually within 5 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping charges are calculated at payment time.

-All items are donated and in New, like new condition, unless otherwise noted. Though we try to do our best in describing our items, we are not experts in any field. If you feel we have inadequately described something please ask us about it before purchasing or bidding.

-Used items are sold AS-IS. New or like new items are refundable.

-Combine items (and save on shipping) when all auctions close within 7 days of each other. All items must be safe to ship in one box together. The combined order may no weigh more than 20 lbs. We reserve the right to deny combination of items when necessary. ONCE AN ORDER IS PAID FOR, ITEMS MAY NOT BE FURTHER ADDED TO PAID ORDER.

-All orders ship within 5 business days after payment, our business days run Monday through Friday, except major holidays.

-Dimensional weight applies to items large enough to trigger it.

-We accept PayPal,Mastercard and Visa via ShopNARKC.ORG. We do not accept cash, personal checks, or money orders.

-Pickups are not available.

 

Returns:

  • Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization.

  • The request for a return must be issued within 5 days of the item's shipment date. Delivery Confirmation comes free with all shipped orders.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will be considered a donation and handled accordingly.

  • ALL JEWELLERY LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS, WITH NO REFUNDS GIVEN - EVER.

  • ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • The item must be returned in the condition it was in prior to shipment.

Payments for auctions must be received within 7 business days of the close of auction or item will be relisted and resold.

If you have questions regarding the quality or authenticity of this item please contact NARKC prior to placing your bid. Items may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise was damaged during shipping or if there was a major distortion in the description. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.
